The definition of “out-of-state resident” includes a person domiciled in the state of Arizona: (a) who meets the conditions specified in s. 810.0710 (4)(a), (b), and (c); or (b) who carries an insurance policy in the form of a “resident's policy” which contains a valid policy name of “Out-of-State” on the cover page and is issued by an insurance company resident in the state of Arizona or of Wisconsin.
